The message I received did not reference "relaying" but simply said the email address "was rejected by the server" (very helpful as usual with error messages, no hint what to do Scroll down the page to the “Outgoing Mail Server” section and tap SMTP, then tap the settings for the primary server (which is most likely marked “mail.tigertech.net”).
